Notes: Woke up feeling all beat up this morning. sore frim my calves to my trapz. Went to the gym early and did some stretching and power movements. 10 mins lowerbody stretching. 15 mins dynamic warmup. Powersnatch 3x40kg 3x50kg 1x60kg 1x65kg 1x65kg 1x70kg -pr 1x75kg -pr 2x2x65kg 2x3x60kg Powerclean Worked up to 1x100kg but shut it down with 110 in my hans since my hips and glute medius were not cooperating - no reason to muscle up heavy weight with bad form on the fast lifts. Foodbreak now, in 1 hour RE Upper body! |
