Keeping this weight for next time. Manmaker DB Rows superset with Hang Cleans 2 sets of Row 8x56kg e.a / Hang Clean 8x70kg Guns Dips - 3x10 bw Hammer Curls - 11kgx2x1:00 Thats it. Now lasagna! |
