Did not feel like it, Ive been messing around with about the same weight on box squats and deads for about a year now. And it continues to feel heavy.

I know this, did adductor/abductor machine for the first time a couple of days ago and it left me very sore and tight in weired places =)

Thanks bro. For squat its not as wide as i wish they were, did them inside a power rack and it was to narrow. For sumo pulls, my toes are about 1 cm from the plates and i could go wider if I had a longer bar hehe

Injured again.... I must have tore up the ol glute tear somehow... Noticed it later yesterday evening and during the night. Damn painfull and I fell over when puttng my socks on this morning haha

Stupid stupid injuries... Maybe it time to ruin myself at the physio after all... Or go see a doctor.

If Im feeling better, Im hitting upperbody tomorrow.

Are all Swedes this strong? Hope the injury is extremely minor. I often get niggles and strains but they are ok within 24-48 hours. Hope it's the same for you.
