Thank you MAB. Today was tough since Im having a cold, but oh so satisfying to push through and take command. Upper body tomorrow.
*I had forget what high rep squats and other compounds do to my appetite, its just crazy!

9/4 DE Upper body
Comments: 3rd day in a row lifting and I felt very fresh, very strong! Alternating Upper/Lower body every other day and taking a day off or two from the heavy lifting now and then seems to work really well, and I can squat, bench and pull several times a week. Feeling very swole from the highreps lately. Powersnatch 3xbar 3x40kg 3x50kg 3x55kg 3x1x55kg Speed Bench v/s blue bands (50-60kg BT) 3x55kg+BT 3x65kg+BT 10x3x70kg+BT Press 10x42.5kg 10x42.5kg 10x42.5kg 10x42.5kg 10x42.5kg *All sets strict and fast today. 45kg for 5x10 Thursday. Big things to come on my press in 6 months or so if I keep this up, and I will. Triceps work EZ Tri extensions 8x50kg 8x50kg 8x50kg Skullcrushers v/s dbl red band 1x20 1x15 Upper back work BB Rows 8x70kg 8x100kg 8x120kg 8x130kg Lat pulldowns 20 rep dropset
