Comments: 3rd day in a row lifting and I felt very fresh, very strong! Alternating Upper/Lower body every other day and taking a day off or two from the heavy lifting now and then seems to work really well, and I can squat, bench and pull several times a week. Feeling very swole from the highreps lately.
