That jump from 115 (1rm) to 117.5 is my nemesis! I will get it next week! Bench Press 3x100kg 3x100kg 3x100kg 3x100kg 3x100kg 3x100kg 3x100kg 3x100kg Press 10x42.5kg 10x42.5kg 10x42.5kg 10x42.5kg 10x42.5kg *Lil legdrive on last 2-3 reps of the last two sets.
