Awesome work Swede on those cleans/pulls. I also like the decision of adding an extra another days of squats! Some additional squat frequency seems to always help.

Comments: Viking smash today. Shoulder is feeling OK with OH work but did not push for a PR, settled for singles with 90%+ and they rocked. Still focusing on form and to drive my head through, seems to work even if some reps were grinders due to form errors. *Bodyweight seem to have settled at a comfortable 103kg morning weight.
