19/3 Squats and Cleans
Comments: Posterior chain was pretty fatigued and everything but the squats felt heavy today. Still did good work I think. Also, my squat #'s have been pretty embarrasing lately and im not seem to be moving up to where I once was fast enough, therefore I will add one-two more squat days a week from now on. Squats, high bar, 5x5 6xbar 5x60kg 3x100kg 5x110kg 5x110kg 5x110kg 5x110kg 5x110kg Cleans Complex (3 clean-pulls, 2 hang cleans) 1x60kg 1x70kg 1x80kg Hang Clean 2x90kg 1x100kg -PR or tied PR 0x105kg 0x105kg 0x105kg *Bummer! Powerclean, 2x3 3x105kg 3x105kg *PR For 3's Clean Pulls (dead from ground) 3x120kg 3x125kg 3x130kg 3x135kg -PR 3x135kg -PR *Catched the bar on all reps but the last, making my traps work good. Also did not use straps to work my grip. Pretty brutal on the callouses ![]() Pendlay Rows, 10x4 4x100kg 4x100kg 4x100kg 4x100kg 4x100kg 4x100kg 4x100kg 4x100kg 4x100kg 4x100kg *PR for reps Pumpwork Lat Pulldowns - 2x15 Row machine - 2x15

Your clean pulls sound like my high pulls. What's the minimum height you're trying to get on them?
