Very simple. 6 meals a day, meat, chicken or fish with rice or taters and broccoli 3 times a day. Oats, milk, nuts, protein powder and fruit as snacks. 1200 cal gainer drink after training, BCAAs during exercise ans when sore. Make sure to eat untill very full, then some moar at every main meal.

Its not rocket science :-)

Notes: Been down with the flu and a stomac bug the last couple of days. Still not 100% but could not stay away from the iron.

Good call, crushed it.

Concept II - 2:00

Log Clean and Press
3x80,3x90kg
3x100kg -pb
3/3/3/3x100kg

*Training log so not the thick one. Still very pleased since my pressing is going better each week.

Bench Press
8/8/8x100kg -ties pb

*3rd week back benching after almost 6months of only oh press. Bench is allready feeling stronger than ever, and shoulders are completely stable and painfree so far.


Floorpress 4x6-10
Chins 5 sets
Hammer Curl 8,10,12
