20/3 Notes: Been down with the flu and a stomac bug the last couple of days. Still not 100% but could not stay away from the iron. Good call, crushed it. Concept II - 2:00 Log Clean and Press 3x80,3x90kg 3x100kg -pb 3/3/3/3x100kg *Training log so not the thick one. Still very pleased since my pressing is going better each week. Bench Press 8/8/8x100kg -ties pb *3rd week back benching after almost 6months of only oh press. Bench is allready feeling stronger than ever, and shoulders are completely stable and painfree so far. Floorpress 4x6-10 Chins 5 sets Hammer Curl 8,10,12
