Thanks guys, it was a real heavy farmers deadlift that day :-)

Notes: Trained with a friend who gave me good pointers on the deadlift, needvto correct a couple of things. One being that my upper back tends to round nakeing the shoulder rotate forward. This is most likely due to the erector tear I managed in december. MOAR rows!!

Had a ok session, failed the 240 pull today but after all ive been working up to a 95% singel 3 weeks in a row now. Next week im back to rep work.
