Thanks guys, it was a real heavy farmers deadlift that day :-)
13/3 Notes: Trained with a friend who gave me good pointers on the deadlift, needvto correct a couple of things. One being that my upper back tends to round nakeing the shoulder rotate forward. This is most likely due to the erector tear I managed in december. MOAR rows!! Had a ok session, failed the 240 pull today but after all ive been working up to a 95% singel 3 weeks in a row now. Next week im back to rep work. Concept II - 2:30 Leg Extension - 1:00 Thigh Curl - 1:00 Deadlift 4x70kg 4x120kg 4x170kg 2x210kg 1x220kg 1x230kg 0,0x240kg -easy off the ground but stalled mid thigh on both pulls. 2/2/2/2x210kg BB Row 8x120kg 10/10/10x100kg 7x120kg Chins Bw - 6/6/6/6/6 Back raises - x30 Plank - 5:00 Leg day tomorrow, bad idea after deads but I find a way
