Notes: Good session. Concept II - All out set 1:00 - 360m anyone up for a challenge? :-) Log Clean and Press 1/1x80kg 3x90kg 1/1x100kg 0/0/0x110kg -Easy Clean but Press is to weak. 3/3/3/3x90kg Bench Press, paus 8x60kg 8x80kg 5/5x90kg 8x80kg 10x60kg Log Bench 6/6/6x90kg T-Bar Row - 3x30 Hang Clean and Press - 3x8 Chins - 2xF

Hats off tou you for even attempting a 240+ lb OHP Swede! Will you maybe attempt 105kg's next time or do you keep trying 110 until you get it?

Ive done 105kg on the log and 110 on a bar so its just a matter of technique really. 110 was an easy clean and felt pretty light on my chest so I will just keep hammer my pressing muscles, and put some meat on my arms:-)
