Notes: Aches and pains but PBs on everything. Yoke -5m runs 2x 160kg 2x 260kg 3x 300kg 0,0x340kg - upper back pain so shut down 1x 320kg -pb Log Clean And Press 10-15 singles w 96kg working on the clean technique 1x99kg 0,0x106kg 1x101kg - pb 101kg easy Loading 10m 100kg sandbag x2 34.21s -dropped the 2nd! 24.43s - PB
