Thank you Jim, I love to train and its basically all that I do on my man-time. When it gets boring I stop but not before

Log Clean and Press - all reps from floor

Axle Clean and Strict Press
8/8/8x60kg
3x70kg
1x80kg
1x85kg -lil legs on the 1s

*Dont have an axle so used fat gripz.

Floor Press w fat gripz 3x8
Bench Press w/o loocking out 20x60kg
