Notes: Ok training, did well in the power stairs but the yoke sprints messed with my lower back so kept it light. Yoke 2x20m 160kg 2x20m 200 kg 2x20m 260kg Low Farmers walk (picked from about 10cm) 96kg 20m 106kg 20m 116kg 20m Pick up - 5x106kg Power Stairs 3x220kg 3x250kg ![]() 8 FAILS with the 275kg DAMN MY EYES!
