A 20 rep squat set is actually not that hard anymore, it dont hit back :-) 14/2 B Wrestled, catched two guys with my neck playing rugby for warmups and pulled something in my upper back. MTFU and had a great training. Conditioning is awesome, two sessions today and I feel fresh except for the tweaked neck. WINNING!!

I heard on the news last night that the IOC is considering dropping wrestling from the 2020 Summer Games due to poor ticket sales, etc. Bunch of BS really when Ping Pong is not considered over wrestling. Wrestling is also gaining in popularity here in Canada. My daughter is even thinking of taking it up.

Indeed, it is about as far away from boring as it gets. Lets hope it doesn't happen and the come to there senses.
There is wrestling areas in the facility I train in on weekends with the crew. I will have to find out if anybody uses them.
