Thanks man. On the first rep I lost my upperback tightness due to the bar rolling (using s clean grip) almost managed to save it but it was to much of a grind so dropped it instead. Well well, lesson learned:-)

Feeling good, doing most of my repwork on the squat and pulls beltless and its really makeing me stronger fast. Oh yes, thanks man! Just 5kg below my PR so im happy with this. Stronger!
