10/2 Notes: Almost no sleep this weekend, bern eorking late and yesterday we celebrated the twins birthday and it was non stop action Got up early and did some pressing. Squatting and pulling tmrw morning.Concept II - 5:00 Bench Press 8/8/8x80kg High Inc DB 8/8/8x31kg, 15x21kg Chins 6x3 bw between pressing sets
