5/2 Notes: Squat deload today. Very good session with a lil less volume than usual. Squat, highbar, beltless 10xbar 5x70kg 5 sets of 3 with 120kg 10x90kg Front Squat, beltless 8x70kg 8x70kg 8x70kg Paused squat - 3ct 5 sets of 3 with 110kg *This ends my first 3 week wave of paused squats. Bumping the weight by 5kg for next wave. I think this has started to work allready since im more confident out of the hole. OH Squat - 10xbar,8x25kg,3,3x40kg Z-Press - 8xbar,5x40kg,5x50kg
