Thanks all!!
1/2 Notes: Got a stomac bug for two days and had no appetite what so ever. Left me crazy sore from last squat session wo proper nutritions. Better today so hit the weights. Concept II - 1:00 Speed Front squat ss with 24" squat jump 10 sets of 2 with 80kg / 10x3 jumps Military Press 10xbar,10x40kg 9/8/8/6x60kg Floor Press 8x60kg 10/10/8x70kg EZ Tri extension ss BB Curl 3x12x40kg / 3x20x30kg
