Doing alot of walking these days. Our kids daycare is about 2 miles away and I use to drag them on a sled there and back. Also taking long walks with the dogs, this outdoor activities are good. Keeping me alert and aids in recovery from lifting! |

[b\]22/1 - Leg day[/b] Notes: Getting out off my comfort-zone by doing reps on the squat and frontsquat. Everything above 5 on the bsquat and 3 on the fsquat is hell, so that is what will make me stronger. STRONGER!!! Concept II - 500m in 1:40 Squat, highbar, beltless 10xbar 8x60kg 8x110kg 8x110kg 8x110kg Front Squat, beltless 6x90kg 6x90kg 6x90kg 11x70kg Paused Squat - 7ct 3/3/3/3/3x80kg Split Squat 10xbar 10x30kg 10x40kg *First time doing these and im humbled. Fell over a number of times. This is a good assistance exercise since I could feel it in muscles i did not know off :-) Karlsen Squat 3x3x100kg Leg extension / Recumb. bike sprint ss 4x20 / 4x30s max load |

Yea the split squat is brutal. I tried 135 my first time and all most ended up on my face. I feel silly asking for help like how do i get better at the split squat? When i know the answer is to do them. Keep after that front squat!
