Notes: Thanks for the support guys. Got restless so hit the weights, seated and laying down exercises. DB OHP 20x11kg 15x21kg 10x31kg Add fat gripz 8/8/8x23kg Bench Press feet up 10/10/10x60kg Paused 3x70kg 3x80kg 3x90kg 8/8/8x70kg *Rib is finally healed so first time benching anything in a month. Good. Inc DBP w fat grips 6x31kg 8x26kg 20x21kg Ass work Muscle clean from hang 8/8/8x70kg Triceps work and some curls. |

Thanks ravi, and im sure you could outlift me anyday since im weak on the big 3! I limped in to the gym and was in pain but somehow it recovered during training. It almost 100% now. Very strange, this is!?
