Thanks ravi, and im sure you could outlift me anyday since im weak on the big 3! I limped in to the gym and was in pain but somehow it recovered during training. It almost 100% now. Very strange, this is!?

Silver lining is your bench will get better and better if you're forced to do it!

Good luck with that foot! I sprained my arch once and it was not fun. Hurt worse than when I broke my ankle. Them little ligaments and whatever are damn touchy little buggers.
