Strong working big_swede ... In my opinion you should avoid wrestling till your rib is 100%. You never know what and at which angle something gonna hit you during wrestling ... Just my opinion ...

I guess it's a good thing when you consider a 5X5 pull session @ 375 lbs to be weak! Looks like just right work for you at this stage.
