Notes: Slowly grooveing back into it. Deads were awkwardand weak but thats only to expect, erectors felt fine though. Good training today, trained early and will probably wrestle later. I guess it's a good thing when you consider a 5X5 pull session @ 375 lbs to be weak! Looks like just right work for you at this stage.
