Notes: Feeling beat up but did good work tonite. Concept II 5:00 Yoke race (1x20m run then walk slowly 1x20m, no rest) 190kg x1 220kg x3 Farmers Walk 110kg for 20m x4 Considering the chest issue im happy about the events. Could not take in big air and lungs feel 75%. Deadlift -dbl oh, no belt 5x100kg 5x120kg 5x140kg 5x150kg Was a good feeling to pull again, even light. BB Curl - 100reps |

Strong effort. Take care of yourself. You'll be back to 100% in no time. Sometimes we have to take 1 step back so we can take 3(or more) steps forward. And your less than 100% is bigger than a lot of peoples 100%.

Notes: Grooving back into the real lifts. Felt awesome today. Chest/ribs is hurting but feels much better than a couple of days ago. Back feels great. Bike 2:00 Olympic Squat 5x5 w 100kg Front Squat 3x10 w 60kg Hang Clean and PP (all reps from hang) 10x70kg 5x80kg 4x90kg Clean and MP 3x6 w 60kg Chins - 5x3 Back raises.. Real fun training today. |
