Thanks guys, hopefully I start to lift heavy next week. Just got from the doc and found out I got a soft tissue inflammation in my chest so need to take it easy for a week. Lots of injuries n shit this winter but I rather go through it now than during the competition season. Doing what I can in the gym, plan is to go in for yoke and farmers and some back tonight.

Considering the chest issue im happy about the events. Could not take in big air and lungs feel 75%.

Deadlift -dbl oh, no belt

Was a good feeling to pull again, even light.

Strong effort. Take care of yourself. You'll be back to 100% in no time. Sometimes we have to take 1 step back so we can take 3(or more) steps forward. And your less than 100% is bigger than a lot of peoples 100%.
