Thanks for the support guys.
8/12 Back in the gym Notes: I have to push myself some way or another. Being injured has its benefits since It got me thinking about what Ive been doing wrong and what I should do to correct it. Ive been lifting near my daily max every week for years now and only taking breaks/gone light when injured or sick. Recently progress have been kind of hit-and-miss or trial-and-error. Ive been living off heavy low reps and I like to train that way. Now I tore both my erectors and this means that I wont put anything heavy on my spine for quite some time. Instead off being pissed off about not being able to squat or pull heavy I will use the recovery time to do something different for a change. Going for intensity and volume with a light weight and pushing for reps instead of weight. Started with sets of 15 today and it was pretty tough and fun for a change. I will do this for ATLEAST A MONTH IF NOT TWO! Training add or not, I will try my best to keep to this. Did chest, shoulder, tricepts today but might morph it into a fullbody later on, and move down to sets of 10 eventually. Here goes and sorry if im not making sense in the above writeup ![]() *About 1 minute rest between sets Concept II Rower - 5:00 Inc BP 50kg - 15,15,15 DB Bench 21kg - 15,15,15 Shoulder Press machine 50kg - 15,15,15 BB Upright Row 30kg - 15,15,15 Closegrip Bench 50kg - 15,15,15 JM Press 50kg - 15,15,15 Gripwork and calves Had to test my back... Hang Clean and Jerk - 50kg - 3,3,3,3,3,3 - back could handle it but probably not much more. 240lbs of crossfit wannabe... :-) Finished it off with another 5 mins on the Concept II.
