Oh yeah, Swede will totally do a clean and bench within a week. It'll fester in his mind and he won't be able to let it go. It'll be like Thor hearing the voice of Odin from afar, you can do this, why do you hesitate?
I'm calling it right now. Swede does 130Kg clean and bench before Thanksgiving. Ha Ha! (sort of)

16/11 - Squat and Press Notes: Going through some dark times right now and it effects my training. Alot of small aches, strains and pains and lack of motivation (!). Still determined to do what iam ****ing supposed to and smash weights. Enough with the ranting, Ive got my health, an awesome family and Im not that ****ing weak after all! *Right collarbone area and trap is still very tight and I can not drive my head through on the OH presses due to that. Tried massages, linniments etc but it only aggrevates it. I will press light rest of this month. Todays training sucked pretty bad, but still Ok considering I trained at 10.30 after a crazy busy day!
