Thanks ravi.
Today was conditioning day and also family day. I loaded the kids in the pony-wagon and pulled it about 2km. Did some sprints with it aswell and it was damn tough. Good stuff, kids love it too :-) |

12/11 - Squat and Press
Notes: Almost postponed training since I felt like shit after work today. MTFU. And crushed it!!! New program starts today, it looks like this. Day 1 Squat 5x3, press 3x8 +Leg work Day 2 deads and back Day 3 Front squat 5x1@90%, Push Pres 5x3 +Additional pressing Cant beat the simplicity of that:-) Squat - Divebombers 3x140kg 3x140kg 3x140kg 3x140kg 3x140kg BHN Strict Press 8x60kg -pb actually since Iam new to this lift. 8x60kg 7x60kg Leg Press 150kg - 10/10/10/10/10 -30s rest Other CG Inc bench w fat gripz 3x10 Curls w fat gripz 3x10-30 reps Calfs 5mins Plank x1min Inc Situps w stomac punch 2xF |

Great wagon ride for the kids. That's combining work and pleasure. You'd make a heck of a rickshaw driver!
