Deadlift 6x205kg -PB, lightweight. *3rd week of deadlift program and feeling strong. Rack pull with 5s negative, bottom hole (plates 2" off the ground) 5x170kg 5x170kg 5x170kg DB Row 56kg - 10,12,10 Assistance Lat pulldown - 50-65kg - 6x10 using Fat Gripz Wrist Curl w plate - 2x8 5kg Plate pinch - 3x8-10s w 10kg plates DB Hammer curl w fat gripz - 3x10 JM Press w fat gripz - 3x10 Cable curl - 1 set to failure Forearms and hands were going numb at the end from fat grip work. Nice tip on the warmup, Swede. You're a deadlifting beast! Good idea on OHP, and besides it's more fun than benching anyway.
Great stuff.

Thanks ravi. The fat gripz makes the arms (forearm and grip in particular) work alot harder, my purpose of using them is simply to build a stronger grip and arms in general.
