26/10 - Squat day
Notes: Very good training today! Not been squatting or doing any direct legwork for 3 weeks to heal up after physio. Turns out he did a great job, form was much smoother and more stable from first rep today, my whole posterior worked together and managed to keep upright on all reps and that was my struggle after the knjury. very pleased w this! Did alot of volume working up in weight to see how things was working. Bw at trainkng was 103.8kg. 6.2 to go before xmas:-) Olympic Squat 10x120kg 8x125kg 6x130kg 4x135kg 3x140kg 2x145kg 1x150kg 1x155kg Front squat, oly grip 8/8/8x80kg Good Mornings 10/10/10x50kg Leg extension Bulldozer style - 10x100kg/5x120kg/6x100kg/8x70kg/60kg to F Planc BW 3x1:00min Awesome, awesome training. Doing event training with thf boys tomorrow - good times! |
