24/10 - Presses Notes: The kids and the mrs got a stomac bug and I could feel it getting to me too while training so called it a day after just 35 mins. Atleast I got to try out the Fat Gripz and they killed my forearms - love it! Now probably some days off to fo a forced water-cut:-) Bench Press, TnG 6x100kg 5x100kg 5x100kg 5x100kg 4x100kg Feet up bench press, 1s paus, WG, Fat Gripz 8x60kg 8x60kg 8x60kg Military Press w Fat Gripz 3x60kg 3x65kg 3x70kg 10/10/10x40kg |
