23/2 Deadlift dealod Comments: It was a very bad idea to lift today. Slight fever, sinuses clogged and a sore throat. CNS was apparantly not my friend today so stuck to singles and did not go heavy. Still had a good training though! Got there before my buddy so warmed up with squats and snatches, trying to get my nervous system to fire.... Warmups... Box Squats, about paralell, exsplosive reps 1x100kg 1x120kg 1x150kg 1x150kg 1x150kg Powersnatch 1xbar 1x40kg 1x50kg 1x60kg 1x60kg 1x60kg Deadlifts Conventional 1x140kg+Dbl Blue band (50-60kg in top) 1x140kg+Dbl Blue 1x180kg+BT 1x180kg+BT 1x180kg+BT *Those were HARD around lockout. "Grip And Rip" for speed 1x180kg 1x180kg 1x180kg Standing on 5-6cm high platform 1x140kg 1x140kg 1x180kg 1x180kg 1x180kg Sumo Deads 2x100kg 2x100kg 2x100kg 1x140kg 1x140kg 1x180kg 1x180kg 1x180kg 1x180kg 1x180kg Conventional, 10s rest 1x180kg 1x180kg 1x180kg 1x180kg 1x180kg 1 Deadlift, 15 shrugs on top (straps) 1x180kg+15 1x180kg+15 Smith machine Shrugs, 1s hold at top 10x75kg 10x115kg Left my callouses on the bar tonight.
