15/10 - Day of the Dead Notes: Competed for 6h saturday, yesterday I carroed rocks for most of tve day to build a fooding ground for the horses. Today I nailed a easy deadlift PB. Just to show off really. New program will be pull push squat on separate days, 3 days a week with room for one event day. Today I smashed ****ing Back. also I started with rows and some hamstring curls and it set me up great for the deathlift. Seated Row 8x90kg 8x100kg 8x110kg 8x120kg Leg Curl 2x20 e.l Death lift 2x1x120kg 1x170kg 1x190kg Added belt 1x200kg 1x220kg 1x247.5kg -PB! One hand deadlift (grip work) 1x70kg R+L 1x90kg R+L 1x95kg R, L=fail 1x100kg R+L -Left hand PB 0,0,0x105kg 0,0x110kg Went for another PB atempt on the C&P here, cold - Clean and Press 0,0x110kg - Worth a try. T-Bar Row 8x50kg 8x75kg 8x75kg 8x75kg Curls Preacherd - 3x10 Hammer - 3x8 Feeling great. Physio massage/chiro tomorrow so two days off. Presses thursday. Here are the vids from the comp saturday.
