I went to get my lower back issues fixed yesterday and got a rough 45min threatment. Triggerpoints, massage and chiro adjustment. Right hip and glute medius are to short and tight as rubberbands. Seeing him again in a week. |

Thanks mab, mike.
Pull - Not really, he reccomend me to add work for the core and stabilisers, things like the plank, db presses on a yoga ball etc. He said that this will learn the brain to recruit more core muscles. |

Guess what? Signed up for yet another comp this year!! Strongman Winter Challenge 2nd december, it looks superfun and brutal! Events - Viking Press - 120kg for max reps Thors hammer hold (14kg each hammer) for time Frame carry - 250kg/20m Conans wheel - 300kg Stone c&p 50.80,90,110kg ...And a loading event. Right now I feel that Iam in great shape and damn jacked to crush it saturday...and then get back under the bar to get STRONGER! |
