Thank you!

I went to get my lower back issues fixed yesterday and got a rough 45min threatment. Triggerpoints, massage and chiro adjustment. Right hip and glute medius are to short and tight as rubberbands. Seeing him again in a week.

Pull - Not really, he reccomend me to add work for the core and stabilisers, things like the plank, db presses on a yoga ball etc. He said that this will learn the brain to recruit more core muscles.

Guess what? Signed up for yet another comp this year!! Strongman Winter Challenge 2nd december, it looks superfun and brutal!

Events -
Viking Press - 120kg for max reps
Thors hammer hold (14kg each hammer) for time
Frame carry - 250kg/20m
Conans wheel - 300kg
Stone c&p 50.80,90,110kg
...And a loading event.

Right now I feel that Iam in great shape and damn jacked to crush it saturday...and then get back under the bar to get STRONGER!
