2/10 - Randomity
Notes: Been indoors all day with one of the 1.5y/os who has got the flu and got restless so decided to do some arms and log. Log lift (each rep from ground) 4x90kg -PB 2x100kg -PB Atlas Stones Some reps to 1.30m, stone was soaking from being out in the rain and slipped alot making it really hard to get it of the ground. Curls 21s - 2 set with 30 kg BB Curl - 3x3x60kg DB Hammers - 2x10, 2x15 Reverse grip - 2x10 Abs 8 sets of 10 Last edited by big_swede; 10-02-2012 at 04:42 PM. |

3/10 - Active recovery "Breath sprints" 6x 30-50m Running drills I used as a track athlete - 3x30-50m 4000cal Pizza before going to bed. Tomorrow I shall crush rows and presses. I will also do running type events, sacks, yoke, farmers etc. |
