21/2 Bench Day
Comments: Great training. Ive got a new lifting buddy since a couple of weeks, bench tuesdays, deads thursdays. Great so far, he is as motivated as me and much stronger on the bench so he always make me work my ass off. Introduced him to floorpresses today... He got a 210kg Floorpress first time he ****ing tried it, 22y/o. Damn impressive! PRs were rolling for me to today. Got there a bit early so warmed up with power snatches Powersnatch 3x30kg 3x40kg 1x50kg 1x55kg 1x60kg -pr 1x65kg -pr *Only done those at occasion before, really fun lift! 65 was easy enough but buddy came down to bench so stopped there. Looking forward to go heavy on this sometime soon! Floorpress 3x3x65kg 3x80kg 3x90kg 1x100kg 1x110kg 1x120kg 1x130kg -PR 1x135kg -PR 1x140kg -PR ![]() 1x145kg -Assisted 2x120kg 2x120kg 2x120kg *PR for doubles 3x110kg 3x110kg 3x110kg *PR for triples Paused 5x90kg 5x90kg 7x90kg -assisted *Waveloading is my new baby! 210 is stunning. Beast! Some people are just gifted like that. Sounds like a great training partner.
