Olympic Squat 3x120kg 1x140kg 1x152.5kg 1x152.5kg 1x152.5kg 1x152.5kg 1x152.5kg -PR for 1s i think 10x100kg 5x120kg Paused -1x70kg, 1x100kg, 1x140kg Cleans PC 1x70kg 1x100kg 0x130kg Clean pulls 2x3x130kg Squat clean 2x70kg 2x90kg PC 1x100kg 1x110kg 0,0x120kg 0x125kg DEATH BY LEGPRESS "1.25" reps untill failure, then 10-20 forced reps. Removed stop pins to be able to go as deep as possible. 3 sets with 150kg then one with 100kg. Worst thing ive done in the gym so far this year;-) |

Close Grip Bench -paused 5x60kg 1x100kg 1x110kg 1x110kg 1x110kg 1x110kg 1x110kg -PB for 1s 5x90kg Military Press 10x65kg -PB 4/2/2/2/2x65kg DB Bench (palms faceing) 22x23.5kg (fat grip) -PB Bench Press, legs up, wg 60kg - 10/10/10 short rest DB Flyes 21kgx8,6 Abs 200 reps apx I remain fairly lean at 102kg, need to add some weight n mass! |
