23/8 - Death lift Notes: Pulled something in my lowerback/glute area on the 190 tripple. Painfull but went away fast so did some semi-heavy singles but shot it down to play it safe. Hit an accident-PB with 13x170kg and called it a day. DEATH LIFT 3x170kg 3x190kg Added belt 1x200kg 1x210kg 1x220kg 1x170kg+60kg Band tension 13x170kg -PB |

25/8 - Training
Notes: Glute only hurt when I sit or bend over to pick something up so figure I could do standing events today. Quick session but good to get it in. All weights felt very light. Farmers Walk 100kg / 20m 7.5s -pb time 100kg / 20m 7.2s -pb time Yoke Walk 220kg / 20m 9.52s 220kg / 20m 9.42s -pb time A lil arms after that. Really sucks to be injured right now. ive cut down my training to 3 weight sessions and one event day every week recently and I really want to crush it in the gym instead off feeling lazy. Recover fast!!! |
