Although, it may be just my personal opinion, but 220 to 250 is a big jump, I usually hit a 235 in the middle.

Comments: Got a nagging lowerbackpain so decided to take it easy today. Form was solid today. Squats, ATG, high bar 10x90kg 10x90kg 10x90kg 1.25 Squats 5x100kg Singles, paused 1's with 120KG for 15 min's Thats all for today!
