Incredible Swede! I doubt there's three guys stronger than you in your meet coming up! I've no doubt you'll get something nice and shiny for the mantle in a couple weeks.

4/8 - Guns Notes: Going through a period of deep fatigue right now, feeling very drained and mentaly tired and I recognize this as a sympthom of overreaching. Very well, I kind off planned for this to happen but was not really prepared for the mental aspect off it. next week will be dedicated to overeating and overresting :-) Did guns and it was ok, opend with some benching and considering this was my 5th press session this week it was pretty good. Tried a new approach re sets/reps and it got me jacked:-) Bench Press 8x90kg 7x90kg 6x90kg 5x90kg 4x90kg 3x90kg 2x90kg 1x90kg *Very short rest between sets. DB Curl 3x8x21kg Cable Preacher 3x10x60kg Rev BB Curl 3x12 Pushdowns 6x12 |
