![]() 30/7 Mini session Notes: Got home late last night from travelling, worked the full day and went straight to the horses for 3h farmGPP. Was pretty tired from today but had to hit the weight and show that Iam awesome. lots off aches and pains from 3 days vacation, no-activity does this to me and it will go away fast. Warmups Weighted crunch 3x10x60kg Ss with One-leg extension 3x10x30kg Klokov Press 5x40kg 2x5x50kg 2x5x60kg Squat, olympic style 5x100kg 5x110kg 5x120kg 5x130kg Powersnatch 2x40kg 2x50kg 2x2x60kg Farmers Walk 80kg each hand for 40m 1min rest 80kg each hand for 40m 1min rest 80kg each hand for 40m Whole session took 50mins, pretty intense and farmers beat my palma up pretty good! Need to file down my calouses. Training with the boys tomorrow and it will be brutal. |

31/7 Events Notes: Damn good training. Endurance is getting better and strength is getting there too. Warmed up with a lil benching... Bench Press 10x60kg 10x80kg 100kgx5/5/3/3/2/2 short rest Farmers Walk 80kg for 80meters - PB distance 100kg for 20meters -very fast! 130kg for 20meters -PB w/o drop and good speed too. Log C&P 2x3x60kg 1x80kg 1x90kg Max rep in 1:30, all reps dead from ground. 80kg - 8reps - PB Atlas Stone Load to 110cm platform 9reps in 1:30 with a 105kg stone -PB Crucifix hold 11kg 0:27 11kg 0:15 *I suck so damn hard at those, prob is that it will be a qualifier at the comp. Blows!
