Notes: 3 nights of bad sleep paired with a persistant cold makes me feel like a complete disaster atm. Feeling Small, weak and lazy but had to train, so I did. Yoke 220kg 2 runs a 20m 250g 2 runs a 20m 250kg yoke Front Squat, Paused 3x100kg 3x120kg Leg Press 5x150kg 5x250kg 5x300kg 3x350kg 3x300kg Farmers Walk 80kg each side for 40meters

Notes: Monster session. BB Back raises 3x5x40kg Straight leg Situps 3x10x15kg plate on chest Klokov Press 5x30kg 5x40kg 5x50kg 3x65kg -PR 2x65kg -3rd got stuck at the top of my head:-) Olympc Squat 5x60kg 5x100kg 3x120kg 3x130kg 1x140kg 1x140kg 1x140kg 1x140kg 1x140kg 1x140kg *Very fast and explosive, 30-40s rest between the singles. Did this mainly to get my confidence back under the bar. Lightweight as it was. The above was just meant as a warmup.. Farmers Walk 2x 40m with 80kg each hand 2x 40m with 100kg each hand -pr distance, easy 1x 20m with 130kg each hand. Heavy as hell. *Worked on turns today and its an art to do it without bags slamming in to each other witch takes ALOT off energy to restabilize, especially on the grip. Farmers Hold 130kg each hand for 16.8 s 130kg each hand for 25.6 s -PB time. Dropped it because my right bicep were starting to hurt, will improve on this! Log C&P Warmups with 50kg.. 1x80kg 1x90kg 1x100kg -1RM, Easy today. *Minor lower back pull on the 100kg single so did not push for a new max today. Deadlifting tomorrow and want my back in one piece:-) Tireflip 8x 250kg *Filled with water, very slippery making it a bitch to flip! Hyffin n puffin after this one:-) Press 8x60kg 5x65kg 4x70kg 16x40kg Spinal decompression for 5mins, felt goooooood! 20-something days to my first strongman competition and feeling pretty strong. Set PRs and tied my maxes after a week off being sick. Woha! |
