10/7 Bummer Notes: My right bicept and elbow did not agree to do presses today. Got a sharp pain in upper tendon so shut it down after some very light curls to get blood in the area. Big, hard knot near the shoulder, must have taken a beating from the atlas stones yesterday. Warmup Tireflip - 8x250kg Abs - 5x10 Push Press 3x50kg 3x60kg 3x70kg 3x80kg 3x90kg Fx100kg -shit happend Bench 20x50kg 20x50kg Light curls to get blood in the area.. Hopefully this is nothing, no experience with bicept injurys so I dont have a clue. Annoying though :-) |

Thanks Duff.
Came down with a summer flu so will be back at it in a couple off days. This was probably good, been training for 5-7 days a week with 3-4 ME sessions so its about time something held me back before injury does so. Looking forward to SFW once fresh and ready. 250kg dead to come! |
