Thank man!

5/7 SFW

Notes: Killed it today. Had a really tough day at work and it fueled this session. Nothing special occured, just one of those days. Deadlift form broke down at around 200kg so hold it there. My core dont have time to recover properly so will take it a bit easy during the weekend and next week. P/Cs were easy up to 100kg's but failed on the 120kg PR atempt. Squats were good and farmers were brutal. Good times.

Front squat
5x60kg
5x80kg
3x100kg
3x110kg
3x120kg
1x130kg
1x130kg - post injury pb

Powerclean
1x60kg
1x80kg
1x100kg
0x120kg
0x120kg
0x120kg

Deadlift
3x140kg
3x160kg
3x180kg
3x200kg

Farmers Walk
2x80kg per side for 20 m - Run
2x100kg per side for 20 m - Run
1x130kg per side for 20 m, got it done but it was ugly. Dropped the bags 2-3 times from grip failure. Bummer.
1x140kg per side for a little bit. HEAVY to walk with and to pick. -pr for any distance

130kg farmers, grip failed.

140kg farmers for a lil bit

*Notice that I wear my bicycle glasses. They give me strength and increase my T

Farmers walks with barbells have the added problem of constantly moving about and that really hits the grip, so as brute says the grip will improve anyway, not that 130kg is a lightweight by any standards.

Probably not a good idea to start it off with clean grip frontsq's, cleans and deads. Ill get it next time.

Thanks friends. Go heavy, or go home:-)

Anyone has suggestions on how to help lower back/posterior to speed up its recovery? Exercises, stretches?
