You can do 270 so perhaps 330 is not just a dream after all. Mini steps and all that. That's some weight to be walking with!

Thanks for the incuragement guys. 270kg is enough for now, knee is allready beat up from that;-)
3/7 Upper Notes: Damn sore today, from calves to trapz! Got some good reps overhead today, especially for being this beat up. Good training. Inc Situps 5x10 (close to vertical )Lots of light presses to warmup Log C&P 5 warmup sets with 50kg 2x2x80kg 1x101kg -pr 101kg, max reps for 1:30 -only got one, a couple more ocerhead but could not lock out. Then my buddy dropped the log from OH and it broke. Need to see the blacksmith. Press 3x60kg 3x70kg 3x80kg PP - 3x90kg inc Bench 3x80kg 2x90kg Klokov Press 4x5x40-50kg Had to do some deadlifts to make up for the weak presses.. Low rack dead /w 5s negative 2x100kg 2x140kg 2x180kg 2x190kg |
