Time: 20 Minutes Grade: A+ Notes: Did everything with a 40 lb pack on my back. Pushups, Knee Bends & Pullups - 30 seconds rest 15, 15 & 3 14, 14 & 3 13, 13 & 3 12, 12 & 2 11, 11 & 2 10, 10 & 2 2/1/11 - Abs & Cardio Time: 40 Minutes Grade: A+ Notes: I need to fix my bike, I hate running. Sit-ups 25 Partial Sit-ups w/20 lb dumbbell & Lying Leg Raises 2*8 full & 8 2*8 1/2 up to top & 8 2*8 bottom to 1/2 up & 8 Front Bends & Side Bends 2*50 each Ab Wheel 2*50 Walking/Jogging combination w/stroller - 20 minutes
