Grade: A+ Notes: Did a circuit of abs with 5 runs up & down my stairs. I'm ****in' done! Stair run 5 up, 5 down Sit-ups 25 Stair run 5 up, 5 down Partial Sit-ups w/20 lb dumbbell & Lying Leg Raises 2*8 full & 8 Stair run 2*8 1/2 up to top & 8 Stair run 2*8 bottom to 1/2 up & 8 Stair run Front Bends & Side Bends Stair run 2*50 each Stair run Ab Wheel Stair run 2*40 Stair run |

Pushups, Knee Bends & Pullups - 30 seconds rest 15, 15 & 3 14, 14 & 3 13, 13 & 3 12, 12 & 2 11, 11 & 2 10, 10 & 2 2/1/11 - Abs & Cardio Time: 40 Minutes Grade: A+ Notes: I need to fix my bike, I hate running. Sit-ups 25 Partial Sit-ups w/20 lb dumbbell & Lying Leg Raises 2*8 full & 8 2*8 1/2 up to top & 8 2*8 bottom to 1/2 up & 8 Front Bends & Side Bends 2*50 each Ab Wheel 2*50 Walking/Jogging combination w/stroller - 20 minutes |
2/2/11 - Morning Calisthenics
Time: 10 Minutes
Grade: C Notes: I\'m gonna try doing calisthenics in the mornings to wake up and relieve DOMS. 10 situps 10 1/2 situps 10 crunches 10 jack knives Also, I took a look at my average calorie budget: Goal Actual Calories Burned: 3,500 3,466 Calories Eaten: 2,943 2,500.6 Calorie Restriction: 558 965 |
