Notes: Finally some real deadlift weight, it seems like months since I've been in the upper 400# range. Time: 50 minutes Deadlifts & DB Floor presses - up to 60 seconds rest 135*10 & 45*10 225*5 & 55*10 315*3 & 65*10 405*1 & 75*10 455*1 & 75*10 475*1 & 75*10

Notes: I read an article by a man named Steve Shaw about 100 rep workouts and decided to try, I failed. But I felt like I was either gonna puke or pass out, or maybe both after getting to 70 reps and I literally thanked god for the elevator on my way upstairs. Time: 50 minutes Squats & Standing DB Presses w/fat gripz - up to 60 seconds rest 135*10 & 30*10 225*10 & 35*10 250*25 & 40*20 250*20 & 40*15 250*15 & 40*12 250*10 & 40*10
