Insane session Trevor ... I always found DL most taxing exercise and you are supersetting it with DB floor presses ... Amazing strength ... keep smashing the wts. buddy ...

Notes: I read an article by a man named Steve Shaw about 100 rep workouts and decided to try, I failed. But I felt like I was either gonna puke or pass out, or maybe both after getting to 70 reps and I literally thanked god for the elevator on my way upstairs.
