Time: 45 minutes
Grade: C Notes: Stellar benching, mediocre deadlifting. I wanted to max triples for each set on both lifts which I did until my second rep of deadlifts. Somehow I rounded my back and something went crack. It's not injured per say, but it doesn't feel quite right so I decided not to push with only a couple weeks to my contest. The only thing different that I can put my finger on is wearing a belt, this was the first time in months that I've belted up for deadlifting as I want to replicate my contest conditions as much as possible for my last couple weeks. I think I just need to concentrate on looking up to fix it. Bench Presses 135*10 225*5 245*3 255*3 275*3 Deadlifts 245*10 335*5 445*1 & fail

Grade: A+ Notes: I took a little vacation from work, so it was nice to be able to spend some real time in the gym. I went for heavy triples on the 2 main lifts and did great. I did not keep track of rest periods, I started each set when I was ready to start and that was nice. Also I got a great mil. press PR for 2 reps. All-in-all great session to start 2013. Squats 225*10 315*5 405*3 425*3 455*3 475*3 Mil. Presses 95*10 115*5 135*3 155*3 185*2 Sit-ups w/25 lb plate - minimal rest 10 10 10 10 Preacher Curls w/fat gripz - minimal rest 25*15 35*12 45*10
