Grade: A Notes: I had planned to squat and bench today, but the rack and bench were both infested with bros. So, I did the bear and it sucked. It's been months since I've sone this lift and it showed, I had a massive shoulder pump so I "was like I was cumming" The Bear - 30 seconds rest bar*5 95*5 95*5 95*5 95*5 95*5
