Grade: B Notes: I really wanted to be much more voluminous on my pulls, but the energy just wasn't there. It seemed weights that I should have easily done 5+ on I could barely eek out 3. Assistance work was good today though. Also, I'm not sure what's different about Carson's cable machine but I can use 100 lbs less than Schriever's and it feels the same. Rack Pulls (just below the knees) - up to 90 seconds rest 135*10 225*10 315*5 405*5 425*3 455*3 Iso-lateral Rows (weight is for each hand) & DB Shrugs - 30 seconds rest 45*10 & 80*10 70*10 & 85*10 80*10 & 95*10 90*10 & 100*10 Kneeling Single Leg Curls - 30 seconds rest 90*10 100*10 105*10 Cable Crunches - 20 seconds rest 87.5*20 90*18 92.5*15 95*15

Grade: A- Notes: Great squats, but the gym was crowded and it seems every piece of equipment besides the rack was taken when I wanted it. But, I got through it. Squats & Machine Rows - 30 seconds rest 315*5 & 105*10 405*5 & skipped 455*5 & 120*10 475*5 & 135*10 495*5 & 150*8 515*5 & skipped Preachers w/fat gripz, Calf Presses & light Cable Crunches - minimal rest 35*20, 300*25 & 150*20 45*15, 400*20 & 160*20 55*8, 400*15 & 170*20
