If I was driving in my car with a loaded gun, which is legal in CO, and was on the Interstate going toward Denver I would have to pull over and place my ammo "in a seperate compartment of the vehicle from the firearm" once I entered Arapahoe county (Denver's county). And, this is even for concealed carry permit holders. It's ****ing bullshit.

Grade: A+ Notes: Great stuff, especially the farmers walk. I went as heavy as I ever have and used the biggest set of dumbbells in the gym which was ****ing tough! Calf Presses & Hammer Curls - 30 seconds rest 200*20 & 25*15 290*25 & 35*20 335*20 & 40*10 380*15 & 45*8 Cable Crunches & Farmers Walk w/120 lb DBs - 20 seconds rest 150*20 & 80' (turn @ 40') 180*20 & 80' 200*15 & 80'

Grade: B Notes: Nice ride, but I was confused by a sign in the middle of my route that says no firearms. I have an e-mail from the City's Parks Department saying "Firerarms are not prohibited in city parks or on city trails" and this sign was for a city trailhead. So, I might need to find a new trail. Mountain Biking w/kid in trailer - 3 min. rest at 40 minutes
