Grade: D Notes: I cannot neglect my deadlift like this ever again, it really shows and today I even hurt myself. I was doing a buckeye for rack pulls based on a modest 435 1RM and only got to the 4 rep set when I felt a sharp continuous pain from my lower back down into my right quad. When I sopped mysession I had to roll a medicine ball around on my back and do some mobility exercises for a good 5-10 minutes before I could walk out. Hot shower helped too, I'll just have to see how it feels tomorrow. Rack Pulls, from just below knees - 60 seconds rest 245*10 335*8 350*6 365*4

Grade: B Notes: Back issues appeared again while squatting, this time in the upper back I warm up pretty extensively too... barbell swings, lunge walks, and rotations of all the joints are the norm for me. The lower back thing that happened last week is all healed and I think I took care of this issue with my Jacuzzi. I think the pull-ups I did also helped, but it is frustrating to have to cut short good training due to injuries. Also, I'm posting this 2 days late because my computer went to shit. I had to track down a new windows disc and start from scratch on it, but now I have tons of space on my hard drive ![]() Squats - 30 seconds rest 135*10 225*8 315*8 405*5 455*1 & OUCH!!!
